John Earley - President and CEO
John has approximately 30 years of engineering and operations leadership experience in the pipeline and industrial sectors. John spent over 20 years involved in various operational leadership positions for Koch Industries, including responsibility for Koch’s crude oil pipeline and trucking business in Oklahoma and North Texas, as well as Koch’s Cushing Terminal Operations. John most recently held the role of Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering for Boardwalk Pipeline Partners. At Boardwalk John was responsible for operations and engineering of 14,000 miles of interstate pipeline as well as a 3 year, 1,000 mile, $4.5B large diameter interstate expansion project.

David Ratliff - Chief Financial Officer
David has over 25 years of trading, marketing and commercial development experience in the energy markets. His experience includes senior leadership positions building new ventures both with major organizations (Koch Industries, Williams, Citigroup) and start-up organizations (Merchant Energy Group of the Americas, New Gulf Energy, Golar LNG). David has substantial knowledge of global energy asset markets with particular emphasis on crude oil, natural gas, power and LNG. In addition, David has a vast amount of experience in the quantitative and fundamental analysis of these commodity markets.

David Lytle - Chief Commercial Officer
David has over 25 years of engineering, operating and business development experience in energy, pipeline and heavy industry sectors. He has held a variety of engineering and senior management positions in his career for companies such as New Gulf Energy, Boardwalk Pipelines, Koch Industries and Dowell Schlumberger.

Chris Denison - Vice President, Business Development
Chris has over 31 years of oil and gas experience. Chris began his energy career as a Petroleum Landman working in Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming and Colorado. He became successfully involved in the marketing business of Crude Oil, Natural Gas and Gas Liquids. Chris expanded his role from Marketing to Business Development while employed within the midstream industry. He has been working throughout the Rocky Mountains, Mid Continent, Appalachian Basins and the Marcellus Shale. Chris’ prior experience included Berenergy Corp, North American Resources, Flatirons Marketing and Aka Energy Group.

Colin Miller - Vice President, Business Development
Colin has approximately 10 years of business development and corporate finance experience. Prior to joining Saddle Butte Pipeline, he worked at El Paso Corporation where he evaluated midstream projects and corporate strategy. Prior to El Paso, Colin worked at Credit Suisse Securities where he executed Mergers and Acquisitions and capital market transactions for oil and gas companies.

David Wait - Chief Operating Officer
David is a registered professional engineer with over 15 years of energy industry experience developing and managing both projects and EPC teams. His most recent leadership role, prior to joining Saddle Butte Pipeline, was at CH2MHILL as Vice President Upstream Sector Lead, Continental US. Prior to CH2M Hill, David was the Director of Operations for Trigon EPC in the San Juan Basin and managed a consulting staff of approximately 60 engineers, environmental specialists, surveyors, designers; ROW/permitting agents, procurement, and a field construction management team. David brings technical leadership and project experience ranging from transmission lines, gas plants, and compressor stations to gathering system optimization, produced water solutions, and field infrastructure planning.

Wayne Swafford - Vice President of Engineering
Wayne has over 23 years of experience in the energy industry developing, managing and executing projects. Prior to joining Saddle Butte, Wayne spent the majority of his career in Consulting Engineering for the Oil and Gas industry as Midstream Business Sector manager, Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Mechanical Engineer. Most recently, he served as Vice President at CH2M Hill managing the Midstream business sector. Wayne has substantial knowledge in plant and facility projects, compressor stations, gathering system and mainline transmission pipeline design and engineering.

Greg Ward - Vice President and General Counsel
Greg has extensive experience in providing legal services in the energy industry. Prior to joining Saddle Butte Pipeline, he served as Assistant General Counsel for Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP where he provided general legal services for the company, with primary responsibilities for supporting the operations, engineering and construction departments, and managing the company’s litigation. While at Boardwalk, Greg led the legal effort in support of the construction and installation of approximately 1,000 miles of large-diameter interstate pipeline. Prior to joining Boardwalk, Greg provided legal counsel at the Washington, DC firm of Van Ness Feldman.

Bruce Snow - Vice President of Operations
Bruce has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 31 years, beginning in heavy construction related activities in West Texas. For the majority of Bruce’s career he has worked at Boardwalk Pipeline Partners (formerly Koch Industries) where he held several roles in the crude oil and natural gas gathering and transmission business, the last 24 of which have been supervisory and / or managerial in nature. Prior to coming to Saddle Butte, he held the role of Vice President of Operations with Boardwalk Pipeline Partners’ South Region, working with a team of 175 employees and associated managers responsible for the movement of 3 BCF/day natural gas through a network of 4,000 miles of pipeline, and 460,000 horsepower of compression assets.

Linda Selser - Vice President, Land
Linda has a wide-ranging background in legal and land services. Prior to joining Saddle Butte Pipeline she worked at Boardwalk Pipeline Partners, LP where she progressively held more responsible roles moving from Corporate Paralegal to Land Project Specialist. Shortly after joining Boardwalk, Linda joined the expansion team and was primarily responsible for coordinating right of way and other various aspects of land management issues on approximately 1000 miles of large diameter interstate pipeline.
