Saddle Butte Pipeline, LLC (“SBP”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, High Prairie Pipeline, LLC (“High Prairie”), were established to develop energy infrastructure projects in the midcontinent and Rocky Mountain Regions. We have an experienced management team assembled with knowledgeable individuals from the crude oil and natural gas industry. Key members of SBP and High Prairie have managed, built and operated $4.5 billion of interstate pipeline projects in the past five years. We have specific experience in land, regulatory, engineering, construction, and operations. Our team has a proven ability to safely and responsibly construct and operate pipeline assets in North Dakota. To date we have successfully engineered and constructed 215 miles of gas and crude oil pipelines in McKenzie and Dunn Counties, N.D., a 25 mmcfd gas processing plant in Watford City, N.D. and crude terminals with multiple delivery outlets in Alexander and Johnson’s Corner, N.D.
